Head of Investments Data Science at T. Rowe Price

Iro is an experienced executive with both sell and buy side experience, and 14+ years’ experience delivering cutting-edge business solutions and strategic direction to organizations. Through her work at T. Rowe Price, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs and Prudential Financial she has a proven track record in guiding sizable, cross-functional teams in the use of data science – ranging from classical statistics, math and science methods to the most cutting edge machine learning algorithms – driving greater efficiency and revenue in investment banking, trading, and asset management.

Iro earned a PhD in Astrophysics and a Masters in Physics from the University of Chicago. She was previously a fellow and lecturer at Princeton University.
