As the Head of Algorithms for Overstock.com, Inc, Nishan Subedi is responsible for leading algorithmic technology and research across Overstock Retail. Partnering with Overstock Retail’s business, customer, marketing and merchandising functions as well as other technology arms, Nishan drives innovative algorithmic products and solutions to business needs using cutting edge machine learning practices. Nishan was previously the Technical Director for Search Sciences at Overstock, leading teams that collectively owned the Search and Navigation experiences on the site, and Overstock Sponsored Product.
